If you have a lot of luggage:
- Locate Stop A at the airport and take Bus 69 (towards Walthamstow Central Bus Station) to the Maryland Station;
- At Maryland Station take the train (towards Shenfield) to Romford.
- Approximate journey time to Romford: 1 hour, 10 minutes.

If you don’t have a lot of luggage:
- Take Bus 473 to Stratford;
- From the Stratford Bus Station walk 5 minutes to the Stratford Train Station;
