International
Conference in Bratislava, Slovakia
May 17-18, 2008
We warmly extend an invitation for you to participate
in the international conference to be held in Bratislava,
Slovakia. There will be four meetings for the ministry
of the Word of God. Join us for a rich time of fellowship
and blending for the building up of the Body of Christ.
Accommodations
and meals will be at the Conference Center SUZA:
For those who will need lodging on both Friday and
Saturday plus meals on Saturday and the Lord’s
Day, the total cost will be 70 € per person.
For those needing lodging only on Saturday night plus
meals on Saturday and the Lord’s day, the cost
is 40 € per person.
Each additional night stayed in the conference center
costs 26 € per person not including meals.
Conference payment can be made at our registration
table which will be set up at the conference center
before the conference.

TRANSLATION
The messages will be given in English with side-by-side
translation into Czech or Slovak. For other languages
the saints would need to bring their own translator and
tranlation equipment.
CHILDREN’S
MEETINGS
We will make arrangements for children’s meetings
and activities during the conference meetings. Parents
will be expected to help each day. Parents must be responsible
for supervising their children at all other times. Older
children who do not want to be in the regular conference
meetings can participate in the children's meeting as
helpers.
PARKING
There
is parking available at the Conference Centre.
CURRENCY
The
official currency in Slovakia is the Slovak Koruna. The
Euro should replace national currencies at some time in
the years 2008-2010. Nowadays it is already possible to
pay with Euro in some shops in Slovak localities near
the Austrian border. The exchange rate is usually less
favorable than in a bank and you will always get your
change in Slovak Korunas.
Most
world currencies may be exchanged into Slovak Korunas
in the banks for a small fee. You are strongly advised
not to deal with moneychangers in the street even though
they may be offering you a favourable rate.
WEATHER
The
average maximum temperature in May is is 69°F / 20°C.
The minimum temperature is 50°F / 9°C.

FROM VIENNA
Participants
may also fly to Vienna, Austria. The Vienna International
Airport (VIE) is located only 46 km from Bratislava.
There is at least one bus connection each hour from the
Vienna airport to the Bratislava central bus station Mlynske
Nivy (Autobusova stanica Mlynske Nivy).
The bus stop at the airport is located directly in front
of the arrival hall (less than 50m from the arrival gate).

Alternatively
participants may arrive in Vienna Railway Station (Südbahnhof
or Westbahnhof). The participants may use one of many
train connections from Vienna to Bratislava (Bratislava
hlavna stanica or Bratislava Petrzalka).

the conference and the times and method (i.e. plane, train,
car, etc.) of arrival and departure. Place on the subject
line: "BA Conference Registration". Also,
include your email and phone number so that we can contact
you.

your registration is received, we will email you detailed
directions for getting to the conference center.
