All requests for accommodation will be arranged through the church in Malaga with the hotel. Please do not contact the Hotel directly.
Once you arrive at the hotel, you will need to check-in and pay at the hotel reception. Hotel check-in time will begin at 4:00pm on Thursday, December 4 (dinner included until 9:00pm).
The best way would be that a representative for each room pay for all those in the room. There are rooms for 4, 3 and 2 people. We recommend making groups of 4 or 3 people, because the number of rooms for 2 people is limited.
The cost per day per person is as follows:
Adults: 48.50 €
Children: 24.25 € (2 to 12 years)
Babies: free (less than 2 years old)
MEALS
All the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included
in the cost per day per person of 48.50 euros.
Live translation will be provided from Spanish to English and vice-versa.
If you need translation into another language, please bring your FM radio and headset.
PARKING
There
is parking available on the street where the hotel is
located. You can also park in the hotel parking for 6.00
euros per day.
CHILDREN'S
MEETINGS
There will be children’s meetings during the conference
meetings for children 3 to 10 years old. Young People are expected to attend all the meetings of the conference.
CURRENCY

Spain uses the euro as its official currency. You can
get the best exchange rate at the ATM machines.

The
average temperature in Malaga in December is 55ºF
(12ºC). Possible rain.
