A donation of £10 per person per day is suggested for those wishing to stay at Bower House. This will cover the cost of three meals and overnight accommodation.
Please indicate your accommodation arrangements on the registration form. We will try to accommodate all the brothers coming for this time at Bower House, depending on room availability.
If you are coming with your spouse, you should not expect that you will be staying in the same room.
If you are bringing children, please make your own accommodation arrangements.

MEALS
For those staying at Bower House, all the meals are included in the donation of £10.
For those not staying at Bower House and who wish to eat at Bower House, please indicate this in your registration form. The cost per meal is £3.00.

TRANSPORT AND DIRECTIONS
TO BOWER HOUSE
Public transport (mass transit) is the most convenient way to travel in and around London in terms of speed and economy, since traffic here is very congested. We would kindly ask the saints to make their own way from the airports to Bower House or to their hospitality rather than requesting collection from the airport. Please read below for details of public transport.
Please do not ask to be collected from the airport. Heathrow and Gatwick airports are a 3-4 hour round trip drive from Bower House, depending on traffic; Luton and Stansted airports 2-3 hours. Some flights to Luton and Stansted arrive too late in the day to reach London destinations by public transport. Please make sure your flight arrival time allows you to reach your destination.

By Green Line Bus: Some airlines have a special fare arrangement with the bus company of £12.00. Board outside the airport terminal and get off the bus at Victoria train station.
