Woodland Camp Update – 01 February 2019
The work continued at Woodland Camp this week.
The brothers spread a waterproof membrane over the flat roof of the central plant.
They also began to fasten insulation around the exterior walls and on the ceiling.
The brothers working on the site built a short road that will allow lorry drivers to pull into the site without getting stuck in the mud. The road is made of thick plastic mats that have a honeycomb pattern and are filled with gravel (which is now covered in snow).
They also began to backfill the trenches for the eastern cabins.
The deck has been installed on the prototype cabin—this is the first finished surface that has been installed. The brothers also wrapped the utility cabinet and the bench enclosure with Tyvek.
